Dan Cory has a results-oriented practice focused on assisting clients in managing risks within their companies and on environmentally impacted properties.  This includes overseeing environmental investigations and remedial actions, transactions involving contaminated properties, litigation, enforcement defense and order negotiation, environmental compliance and counseling and Brownfield redevelopment.
