Joanne Rouse Joins PSRB as an Associate Attorney
Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP (PSRB) is pleased to announce Joanne T. Rouse has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Rouse, who served as a law clerk at PSRB prior to joining the firm as an attorney, works with organizations and individuals in insurance cost recovery litigation, environmental litigation, commercial litigation, and other complex litigation matters. She also handles transactional matters for clients in the areas of health care and real estate.
Before joining the firm, Rouse was an intern for Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Judge Timothy Oakes of the Marion Superior Court, and Judge Heather Welch of the Marion Superior Court. Rouse also served as the Legislative Action Committee Chair of the Indiana University National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health.
Rouse received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Marquette University in 2011. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, in 2015 from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, Rouse was an articles editor for the Indiana Law Review, a member of the Order of Barristers, and received Gold Level Student Recognition in the Pro Bono Program.
