Brett E. Nelson Elected PSRB Managing Partner
Plews Shadley Racher and Braun LLP is pleased to announce that Brett E. Nelson has been elected by his partners to serve as managing partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2016. Nelson will succeed Curt DeVoe, who concludes his service in this role at the end of 2015 and will continue to focus on his work in the area of environmental law.
Nelson is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer with a particular interest in technical and complex litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of environmental, insurance coverage, intellectual property, pharmaceutical, commercial litigation, and other matters. Nelson is licensed to practice in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Seventh and Tenth Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
