Justices to hear G&G Oil’s appeal of denied insurance ransomware claim
PSRB is pleased the Indiana Supreme Court will hear G&G Oil’s appeal in G&G Oil Co. of Indiana v. Continental Western Insurance Company. The order granting transfer vacates the Indiana Court of Appeals opinion, which affirmed the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Continental. The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on December 10, 2020. Read article in the Indiana Lawyer here.
