Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP is pleased to announce Kyle D. Steinbrueck has been admitted to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2026.

Kyle is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate litigation and environmental disputes. He brings a strategic and results-driven approach to resolving a wide variety of claims for his clients.

His real estate litigation practice includes the litigation of claims involving the sale of commercial property and numerous eminent domain actions. Kyle also represents property owners in navigating complex environmental cleanups and investigations. This work includes the litigation of environmental cost-recovery actions and adversarial administrative proceedings. In addition, Kyle advocates for policyholders in various insurance coverage disputes, helping clients secure compensation for claims involving environmental contamination, property damage, and commercial liability.

Kyle joined the firm as an associate in 2018. An avid college basketball fan, Kyle served as a student manager for the University of Illinois Men’s Basketball team while pursuing his undergraduate degree.
