The Indiana Repertory Theatre (IRT) is just one of many businesses ordered to shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Plews Shadley Racher & Braun has filed suit on behalf of the IRT against Cincinnati Casualty Co. for protection against loss of income arising from a forced suspension of business operations that was included in the IRT’s insurance policy.
