Lori joined the firm in June 2025 as the firm’s Human Resources Manager. With 20+ years of experience in Human Resources, she has designed and managed people strategies that support overall organizational strategy. Having spent most of her career in HR, she has experience with nearly every facet of HR – talent strategy, culture, employee experience, benefits & compensation, learning & development, performance management, and compliance.
Before joining the firm, she held leadership positions for both private and public companies. Most recently she worked as Vice President, Human Resources with Walker Information, Inc. an experience management services organization. Prior to that she worked as the Indianapolis Operations Manager for Kelly Services, a workforce solutions leader.
