Josh S. Tatum Admitted as PSRB Partner

By

Plews Shadley Racher and Braun LLP is pleased to announce Josh S. Tatum has been admitted to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2021.

Josh has a broad practice that touches on all the firm’s major practice areas and includes nonprofit and for-profit entities as clients.

Josh has participated in more than seventy-five appeals in Indiana appellate courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and federal appellate courts for the Sixth, Seventh, and Eleventh circuits. Josh’s appellate practice stems from his two years working closely with the then-Chief Justice of Indiana Randall T. Shepard. Josh serves as chair of the Indiana State Bar Association’s appellate practice section and chair-elect of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s appellate section. He chairs the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Indiana Appellate Institute, organizing practice arguments for lawyers preparing for appellate arguments.

Josh represents businesses and nonprofits in employment matters, corporate formation and governance, insurance coverage, commercial law, and environmental issues. He also advises religious organizations and other nonprofits on a variety of other legal issues.

Josh volunteers as a den leader for his son’s Cub Scout Pack, serves on the board of directors for the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men, and is an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
