Jeffrey D. Featherstun Elected PSRB Managing Partner
Plews Shadley Racher and Braun LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey D. Featherstun has been elected by his partners to serve as managing partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2017. Featherstun will succeed Brett E. Nelson, who concluded his service in this role at the end of 2016 and will continue to focus on his work in the areas of technical and complex litigation.
Featherstun has focused on insurance coverage and environmental law for more than two decades. He has handled matters in the state of Indiana that have positively influenced policyholders facing environmental liabilities, playing an important role in enabling hundreds of millions of dollars in environmental cleanups across the country. Featherstun’s environmental law practice includes litigating a number of issues of first impression, leading to clarification of federal and state environmental laws. Featherstun is licensed to practice in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and Central District of Illinois, and the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals.
