Gregory M. Gotwald focuses his practice on litigation and appellate work in the areas of environmental law, insurance coverage, and complex commercial law.  Greg’s undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and his law school employment experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental and Natural Resources Division in Washington D.C. assist his advocacy in these matters.  Greg was named a “Rising Star” in 2010 by Indiana Super Lawyers and an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in 2009 by the Indiana Lawyer (published by the Indiana Business Journal) in 2009. Also in 2009, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology recognized Greg as a Distinguished Young Alumni and appointed him to its Board of Trustees.  Greg received his Chemical Engineering degree from Rose-Hulman in 2001 with minors in environmental engineering and economics.  He obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the Vermont Law School in 2004.  Among other community activities, Greg has served as a volunteer and Board Member of Child Advocates, Inc.
