Jonathan P. Emenhiser practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, commercial disputes, insurance coverage and environmental litigation.  He is a seasoned litigator, representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters.  This breadth is reflected by his membership in the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and other legal organizations. Among other honors, Jonathan was named as an Indiana Super Lawyers® "Rising Star" for 2009 for Insurance Coverage. He is a Former Board Member of the Sherman Minton Moot Court.  Jonathan was an associate at Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe in Indianapolis.  He received his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Manchester College in 1997 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 2000.
