Overview

Yuning Tian served as a law clerk at Plews Shadley Racher and Braun LLP before joining the firm full-time. Prior to joining PSRB, Yuning was a certified legal intern with Indiana University Student Legal Services where she conducted intakes and advised clients on various legal disputes, including contract disputes, insurance settlements, small claims court litigation matters, and minor criminal charges. She was also an intern in the legal department at Lumina Foundation where she worked closely with both Lumina’s internal legal department and outside counsel to support Lumina’s daily operations. While in law school, she served as the Notes Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and received the Outstanding Editor award. She also served on the executive board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
