Theresa Willard is an attorney and registered mediator in PSRB’s Indianapolis office. She represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation and insurance coverage, environmental, and health care matters. She also devotes part of her practice specifically to helping seniors and individuals with special needs successfully navigate the areas of insurance coverage, estate planning, and education.

Theresa is a former judicial clerk for Indiana Court of Appeals Judge Patricia A. Riley. She has written extensively on the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure, working with the late William F. Harvey on his Indiana Practice volumes, the foremost treatise on Indiana Trial Rules. In 2014, then Governor Mike Pence appointed Theresa to the Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services Commission, which governs the state agency charged with protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities.

Before practicing law, Theresa spent time as a preschool teacher, a private music instructor, and a homeschool educator.
