Overview

Sydney has diverse litigation experience representing individuals, businesses, and governments in high-stakes civil litigation such as catastrophic injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), transportation, construction accident and defect, road design and maintenance, premises liability, insurance law, subrogation, and constitutional claims. She has worked closely with clients, opposing counsel, and mediators and navigated disputes during the investigation of a claim, from filing the complaint, and through resolution.

Over her legal career, she has had success fighting for the rights and interests of her clients, including successfully arguing many motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss. In addition to motion practice, Sydney has actively participated in mediation, advocating for her clients and negotiating numerous settlements.

She attended and played softball at Louisiana Tech University and Nova Southeastern University before returning to the Hoosier state for law school and graduating from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to joining PSRB, she practiced at a civil litigation firm in Indianapolis.
