Overview

Shelley M. Jackson concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, employment law, and insurance coverage, with an emphasis on risk management, regulatory compliance, and litigation. She represents and advises clients in matters before Indiana’s state and federal courts and various regulatory agencies, such as the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. She regularly presents on a variety of healthcare and employment law related topics, including general risk management and best practices, professional license defense, telemedicine, employment discrimination, and wage/hour issues.

In addition to her legal experience, Shelley holds an advanced degree in secondary education and taught high school English for seven years. As an attorney, Shelley has counseled parents and teachers on various education-related matters. She continues to remain involved in the educational community through her current service as president of the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Foundation.
