Cody J. Coldren

Cody Coldren has joined PSRB as an associate attorney and is focusing his practice in the areas of business litigation and transactional law. During his undergraduate career, Cody was a Division I athlete at Indiana University and studied management at the IU Kelley School of Business. During law school, Cody served as an article editor for the Indiana Law Review and focused his studies on corporate and commercial law. Cody has represented the State of Indiana as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, whereafter he shifted his practice towards the representation of small business owners – primarily with a focus on construction contracts and litigation. Cody is currently a member of the Executive Committee for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Litigation Group.
