Angela Green focuses her practice on litigation and legislative and regulatory issues in environmental law and insurance coverage. Angela has effectively represented policyholders in a variety of claims under commercial general liability policies, as well as third party litigation relating to those property and liability claims. She has walked clients through environmental compliance issues under state and federal environmental statutes and worked with state legislators, industry, and environmental groups in drafting environmental legislation. Angela has also represented numerous clients in commercial and other civil litigation, as well as general business and real estate matters.
Before joining the firm, Angela worked for the Mitch Daniels for Governor Campaign Committee and Transition Team, the Indiana House of Representatives, and served as the Indiana Executive Director of the 2000 George W. Bush presidential campaign.
Since 2016, Angela volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) for the non-profit organization, Child Advocates, which serves children who are victims of abuse and neglect in Marion County. Angela has also served on the board of Kaleidoscope Youth Organization in Indianapolis.
