Shelley M. Jackson concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, insurance coverage, and complex litigation. She regularly assists her clients in resolving disputes via targeted negotiation, litigation, administrative adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution. She has represented health care providers and other industry clients in a variety of contexts, including business and contract-related litigation, Worker’s Compensation proceedings, professional licensing matters, medical malpractice defense, and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Shelley’s strong background in complex state and federal litigation, including appeals, enables her to effectively advocate for clients at both trial and appellate levels, and she remains well-versed in relevant statutory and case law in her areas of concentration. In addition, Shelley also understands that problems and disputes often can be resolved without resorting to the time and expense of protracted litigation. In an effort to enable her clients to make informed choices at every stage of the representation, Shelley explores all options for resolution and remains dedicated to providing her clients with expert advice and counsel throughout the process.
