Overview

Jenna Shives represents clients in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, environmental litigation, insurance coverage, and other complex civil litigation matters. Jenna also represents and advises clients in healthcare licensure matters before Indiana’s various regulatory bodies, such as the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Additionally, Jenna concentrates a portion of her practice on appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenna litigated attorney discipline and professional licensing cases on behalf of the State of Indiana. Jenna also served as a law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Robert Rucker and Indiana Court of Appeals Judge Margret Robb.
