Fernando L. Diaz focuses his practice in a variety of areas including environmental litigation, complex litigation, insurance coverage, product liability, and class action litigation. Fernando has also worked with businesses and individuals regarding environmental regulatory matters, and business economic loss claims.

Prior to attending law school, Fernando was the business development manager at a mass-tort litigation firm where he worked closely with businesses, chambers of commerce, and forensic accountants to recover lost profits relating to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill of 2010. He also worked with businesses in a product liability class action, and assisted individuals in obtaining EB-5 Investor Visas.
