Our litigators have made extensive and successful use of mediation and other ADR methods in order to settle cases. We bring that experience to our practice as mediators or neutrals. Our lawyers are regularly retained to develop and implement timely, cost-effective methods of resolving challenging matters in a wide variety of areas, including, complex commercial litigation, real estate, insurance coverage, environmental and regulatory matters. Chris Braun and George Plews have completed the State of Indiana's 40-hour certification course for civil mediation and have served as mediators on numerous occasions. Chris Braun teaches a law school course on the subject.
