Plews Shadley Racher & Braun is proud to represent a number of churches, church organizations, and church leaders. George Plews is Chancellor (chief legal officer) of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis. His work includes a broad range of contract, tort, land use and other matters, not just for churches, but for camps, conference centers, charitable service organizations and other not-for-profit entities. George also is Chancellor of the Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes, a national organization of more than seventy churches with endowments of $1 million or more. 

Chris Braun represents one of the largest Roman Catholic parishes in Indiana. In addition to a wide variety of contract, tort, land use and personnel matters, Chris's efforts have included serving as Chairman of the Committee responsible for the design, development, funding and construction of an $8,000,000 kindergarten through 8 grade school and parish, St. Maria Goretti. Chris is also serving as Chairman for the design, development, funding and construction of a new $20,000,000 Roman Catholic high school in Hamilton County, Blessed Theodore Guerin High School, the first Catholic high school built in more than 30 years in Indiana.
