Pamela S. Barker brings more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field and more than three years experience in environmental compliance and remedial activity, reporting, and state reimbursement. Barker received her B.S. in management and personnel and industrial relations from Indiana University. She successfully completed the IPECA UST Management and Compliance Assistance Seminar in 2003.

Frederick J. Halter has been with the firm for 16 years as a paralegal. Halter received his B.S. in business administration and marketing from Indiana University. He has a diverse résumé, from working as a teacher, being licensed as a private pilot and 3rd class radiotelephone operator, and having a background in broadcasting.
