Theresa M. Willard has been with the firm since 2006 and practices in the areas of environmental litigation, insurance coverage and appellate work. Prior to joining PSRB, Ms. Willard worked with Prof. William Harvey on his leading treatise Indiana Practice and clerked for Hon. Patricia A. Riley of Indiana Court of Appeals. She received her B.A. in sociology from Indiana University, Bloomington and her J.D., magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1998. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
