Stephanie T. Eckerle focuses her practice on business services, commercial real estate and environmental counseling and litigation. Stephanie frequently assists clients with a variety of business and real estate issues, including entity formation, corporate governance issues, the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial real estate, commercial leases, zoning issues and restrictive covenants. She also has represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of real estate and business financing matters.
Stephanie received her B.A. degree in political science from Baylor University in 2004 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2007. While in law school, Stephanie was an articles editor for the Indiana Law Review and authored “Three Strikes You’re Out: The Effects and Controversies of the SEC’s Attempted Mandate for Greater Independence on Mutual Fund Boards,” Indiana Law Review, Volume 40, Issue 1 (2007). Among other community activities, Stephanie is a member of the Junior League of Indianapolis and serves on the Executive Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
