Todd J. Janzen represents buyers and sellers of commercial and industrial properties and other business assets in transactional, regulatory compliance and business litigation matters.  Todd also assists landowners with cost recovery and environmental clean up efforts.  Todd frequently represents owners and operators of confined feeding operations and other agricultural-related operations with transactional, regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.  He defends agricultural operations and other entities in environmental enforcement proceedings by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and other agencies and in private lawsuits.  Todd was a founding member and past chair of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Agricultural Law Section.  He was recently selected by the Indiana Lt. Governor to serve on the Indiana Agricultural Regulatory Structure Task Force. Todd is a frequent author and speaker on agricultural law and commercial real estate topics. 

Todd is actively involved in a number of community organizations, serving as a board member for Trinity Episcopal Church, Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding, Inc., and Mapleton Fall Creek Community Development Corporation. He received his B.A. degrees, summa cum laude, from Bethel College of Kansas in 1995 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2002.  Todd is fluent in German, having studied in Marburg, Germany, and having worked at Siemens Corporation in Munich, Germany.
