EPA has announced that it will hold 5 public hearings on the proposed coal ash rules. The hearings will be held August 30 in Arlington, Virginia; September 2 in Denver, Colorado; September 8 in Dallas, Texas; September 14 in Charlotte, North Carolina; and September 16 in Chicago, Illinois. Written and oral testimony may be submitted at the hearings. For more information on the proposed rule and the upcoming hearings, visit www.epa.gov/coalashrule.
